Bad shop. It sells broken gadgets, and they trade for even worse ones. It's a struggle to get your money back. Total disrespect for the consumer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima,telefone deu problema em menos de 2 meses, levei na garantia eles não me deram nem um comprovante monstrando que eu arrumei ele, não tinha garantia da Apple ( sendo que os celulares tem a garantia de 1 ano do fabricante) entrei em contato com a Apple e descobri que o celular já tinha sido ativado . Sendo que eu comprei ele e tava lacrado maior enganação.
Unfortunately, the phone gave a problem in less than 2 months, I took the warranty they did not give me a proof showing that I did it, I did not have Apple's guarantee (since the handsets are guaranteed by the manufacturer for 1 year) I got in touch with Apple and discovered that the phone had already been activated. Being that I bought it and it was sealed more deceit.
