Ao entrar em contato via telefone, não souberam explicar porque o técnico não apareceu e nem pediram desculpas. Como eu só tinha disponibilidade no dia, sai prejudicado. Não recomendo.
I scheduled an air conditioning maintenance on 06/09/21. They said the technician would come after 2 pm and he didn't show up. When contacting them via telephone, they were unable to explain why the technician did not appear and did not apologize. As I only had availability on the day, I was hampered. I do not recommend.
