★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento é péssimo! As recepcionistas parecem que estão há 1 mês sem comer de tanto mal humor, é tudo demorado até o atendimento por telefone e os preços caríssimos.
 Service is terrible! The receptionists seem to have been out of food for 1 month in such a bad mood, it's all taken long until the phone service and the prices are very expensive.

Fazem coleta de exames laboratoriais em domicílio, facilitando muito a logística.
A gerente é de um profissionalmente incrível, extremamente atenciosa, educada, gentil e se nenhum outro funcionário "conseguir resolver" o problema, ela sempre encontra uma solução plausível e com eficiência.
Salvo engano o nome dela Cibele.
It has experienced doctors and some are excellent and provide humanized care.
They collect laboratory tests at home, making logistics much easier.
The manager is an incredible professional, extremely attentive, polite, kind and if no other employee "succeeds to solve" the problem, she always finds a plausible and efficient solution.
I'm not mistaken for her name Cybele.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, eu e meu marido passamos pelo oftalmo, horrível e ainda pior o exame tava errado, tive que passar por outro pra concertar o grau do meu óculos e do meu esposo, não indico pra ninguém.esperiecia horrível.
Horrible, my husband and I went to the ophthalmologist, horrible and even worse the exam was wrong, I had to go through another one to fix the degree of my glasses and my husband, I don't recommend it to anyone. Horrible experience.

Solicitei uma consulta com a Dermatologista Maria Thereza.
Cheguei com 3 queixas, a médica não deu atenção, passou medicação para uma dos problemas apenas, não fez nehum exame, ou analise das manchas na pele, ou da queda de cabelo. Sugeriu que um dos problemas era cisto. volto 15 dias depois com exames de rotina, ela simplesmente olha os exames e dá alta. Não buscou saber do histórico, nem das queixas, o que era o cisto, agora não era mais nada, a queda de cabelo passou vitaminas, o problema na pele passou um tratamento que ja havia feito e sem eficacia. Ou seja, pessimo atendimento, de forma automatica e desinteressada. Não recomendo.

I requested an appointment with Dermatologist Maria Thereza.
I arrived with 3 complaints, the doctor didn't pay attention, gave medication for only one of the problems, didn't do any exam, or analyze the spots on the skin, or hair loss. He suggested that one of the problems was a cyst. I come back 15 days later with routine exams, she just looks at the exams and leaves. He didn't seek to know the history, nor the complaints, what the cyst was, now it was nothing else, the hair loss passed vitamins, the skin problem passed a treatment that I had already done and without effectiveness. In other words, bad service, automatically and disinterestedly. I do not recommend.
