The 1st time I went there was a queue so I couldn't wait; but the 2nd time it was super fast and I was very well attended by everyone and then they still contacted me and sent receipts; Marya was very helpful and polite too. Congratulations!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cotei um seguro viagem com a funcionária Marciely e fui muito bem atendida por whatsapp. Ela, mesmo estando super ocupada, em um dia que o euro deu uma queda grande, me atendeu após alguns minutos e foi muito atenciosa.

Moeda Campinas em resolver minha situação, entraram em contato prontamente para ajudar e orientar o cliente, além de oferecerem várias opções de compra e boas taxas, e foram muito simpáticos e solicitos. Realmente deve ter sido um equívoco da primeira vez, o problema foi totalmente resolvido, mantendo assim a confiança e recomendação desta loja para todos. Sempre que possível farei câmbio no Sr. Moeda. Mostraram muito profissionalismo.

Rectifying the previous assessment, there was total commitment from the management (Pedro and Victor) of Mr. Currency Campinas in solving my situation, they got in touch promptly to help and guide the customer, in addition to offering several purchase options and good rates, and were very friendly and solicitous. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessoal da Senhor Moeda é muito profissional e simpático. Do segurança ao pessoal que realiza a venda/compra das moedas. Recebo cotações diárias pelo whatsapp e por lá a Vivian está sempre pronta para nos atender, responder e tirar dúvidas. Fechado o negócio por whatsapp, é só ir pegar o dinheiro no dia marcado. Ontem fui atendida presencialmente pela Marciely. Super atenciosa e simpática, como toda equipe! Sou cliente há bastante tempo e recomendo.
Senhor Moeda's staff is very professional and friendly. From security to staff who sell/buy coins. I receive daily quotes by whatsapp and there Vivian is always ready to meet us, answer and ask questions. Closed the deal by whatsapp, just go get the money on the scheduled day. Yesterday I was attended in person by Marciely. Super attentive and friendly, like all the staff! I've been a customer for a long time and I recommend it.
