Na primeira consulta tudo certo, atendente super simpática, hoje no retorno consulta marcada para 9:20hs, são 10hs e ele não chegou.. questionei a atendente de hoje ( não é a mesma da primeira consulta) ela falou q e normal q o médico sempre atrasa mesmo, chega depois das 10hs! Todos nós inclusive o médico temos compromissos e precisamos estar dispostos a honra-los. Gostei do médico mas ele não respeita seus pacientes.
Clean, organized clinic. In the first consultation everything was ok, super friendly attendant, today in the return appointment scheduled for 9: 20hs, it is 10hs and he did not arrive. even, it arrives after 10am! All of us, including the doctor, have commitments and we need to be willing to honor them. I liked the doctor but he doesn't respect his patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A equipe médica é otima, mas não existe gestao ALGUMA de agenda. Mesmo com horário agendado ja cheguei esperar quase 2h para ser atendido. Isso pra mim é falta de organização (mínima) profissional e com a atual situação de Pandemia isso chega a ser IRRESPONSÁVEL!
The medical team is great, but there is NO management of ANY agenda. Even with a scheduled time I arrived to wait almost 2h to be attended. This for me is a lack of (minimal) professional organization and with the current situation of Pandemic this becomes IRRESPONSIBLE!

Tinha consulta agendada as 15h50, Entrei em contato para saber como estava a espera e ficou acordado que vocês nos avisariam do horário, pediram para chegar as 16h50. Me chamaram, compareci a consulta, e assim mesmo, houve outros atendimentos na frente mesmo pós acordado dado a este momento de covid.
Infelizmente não indico mais o serviço de vocês para nenhum cliente. Estou descepcionado pois é a QUARTA ver que isso acontece com nossa família. Total desrespeito. Uma pena pois o médico demonstrou uma habilidade e capacidade boa.
Hello, I want to record my EXTREME dissatisfaction with today's NO attendance.
I had an appointment scheduled at 3:50 pm, I got in touch to find out how the wait was going and it was agreed that you would let us know the time, asked to arrive at 4:50 pm. They called me, I attended the consultation, and even then, there were other appointments in front even after awake given this moment of covid.
Unfortunately, I no longer recommend your service to any customer. I am disqualified because it is the FOURTH to see that this happens to our family. Total disrespect. A pity because the doctor demonstrated a good ability and ability.
