DO NOT BUY SEPHORA ONLINE! We bought things on Sephora online, the order got confirmed, but then cancelled. We tried again, and it got confirmed, and cancelled again within 30 min. When we contacted them, they told us that our payment method did not work (even though we use this card for everything else). We paid with different card, and order got confirmed. The delivery took longer than estimated, but on the day it should have arrived - it didnt. so we checked the order, and it said that order was send back due to "missing recipient on location". Its quarantine time - we are ALWAYS at home. and we have a concierge/porteiro, that can receive any package. When we contacted them, they said that the delivery guy tried to contact us on the phone (why he didnt just call the door, we dont know). and than he left. The online support was terrible and was answering simple questions forever. We asked for a refund. They told us it will take 5 days. Well 7 days after we did not receive any refund and contacted online support again. They did not understand what we were talking about and were not replying our questions. They said something like "after the request of refund it will take 30 days for the goods to be returned to the warehouse and it will take 10 days for refund". Its an exact translation. We still dont know what it means and why it takes so long since they failed to deliver the product and didnt assist in resolving the issue at all

Enormous variety of cosmetics, covering from quality but still cheap brands to premium brands. Service is good, and store presentation is good. This specific store doesn't feel cramped although very busy.
