★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simplesmente não entregam. Deixo de comprar em muitas lojas por não saber se vão usar os serviços dessa transportadora. Até pelos Correios se recebe mais rápido do que por essa empresa. Rastreio quase nunca funciona, não entram em contato, não dão satisfação ao consumidor. Fui obrigada a entrar em contato com a loja onde efetuei a compra e, através de uma reclamação, reaver o meu dinheiro. Até hoje não sei o que aconteceu com o produto.
They just don't deliver. I stop buying in many stores because I don't know if they will use the services of that carrier. Even through the Post Office you receive faster than through this company. Tracking almost never works, doesn't get in touch, doesn't give customer satisfaction. I was forced to contact the store where I made the purchase and, through a complaint, get my money back. To this day I don't know what happened to the product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O produto que comprei, pela Amazon, está atrasado há dias. Na Amazon aparece que o produto foi entregue e sei que essa informação foi fornecida pela transportadora. No site da Sequoia aparece que houve TENTAVIAS FRUSTRADAS DE ENTREGA, todas, porém, muito fora do horário comercial, ou muito cedo da manhã, ou tarde da noite. O telefone da empresa NUNCA funciona e o canal de atendimento do próprio site, muito menos.
Depender desta transportadora é uma tragédia.100x os Correios.
The product I bought from Amazon has been delayed for days. On Amazon it appears that the product was delivered and I know that this information was provided by the carrier. On Sequoia's website it appears that there were FRUSTRATED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS, all of them, however, very late in the business hours, or very early in the morning, or late at night. The company phone NEVER works and the service channel on the website itself, much less.
Depending on this carrier is a tragedy.100x the Post Office.

Carrier delivered the order on time, but you're heartbroken for not having a hotline for service. Numbers don't work, whatsapp doesn't work.

OBS: Lojas que usarem os serviços da transportadora Sequoia não farei mais negócios.
