Eliude, profissional que se preocupa com o paciente, que tira as duvidas, orienta sobre tudo que eu preciso, e sempre que pode me chama em seu consultório para conversar e checar meu peso... Sobre as enfermeiras todas são queridas e fazem seu trabalho com excelência, mas Paulinha e Fabian se destacam, elas moram no meu coração, choram e rir comigo, me colocam sempre para cima, são maravilhosas. As técnicas de enfermagem Júlia, Sônia são ótimas e noto o amor que elas tem pelos pacientes adoro todas, e a Meire, assim como as outras trabalha com muito amor e carinho, trata o paciente como se fosse alguém de sua família, trata com amor, empatia, coloca a gente para cima, é uma excelente profissional, abençoada. Não posso deixar de mencionar os senhores que trabalham na portaria, em especial um senhor de cabelinho branquinho e um rapaz que ainda não gravei o nome dele (acho que é o mais novo deles), são educado, estão sempre de bom humor e me tratam muito bem, as atendentes do 1 andar são maravilhosas...

About the nurses all are dear and do their job with excellence, but Paulinha and Fabian stand out, they live in my heart, they cry and laugh with me, they always put me up, they are wonderful . The nursing techniques Júlia, Sônia are great and I notice the love they have for patients, I love them all, and Meire, like the others, works with a lot of love and affection, treats the patient as if it were someone from her family, treats it with love , empathy, puts us up, she is an excellent professional, blessed. I cannot fail to mention the gentlemen who work at the concierge, especially a white-haired gentleman and a boy who has not yet recorded his name (I think he is the youngest of them), are polite, are always in a good mood and treat me very well, the attendants on the 1st floor are wonderful ...

A place , a tailored team and sensational and welcoming attendants , I highly recommend it for those in need of treatment , this clinic is different in everything , the nurses here are super human and happy at work . Dr Samio is an exceptional doctor .. the clinic I dare say that is the best in BELÉM, SER ONCOLOGICA NOTE 100000

Funcionários educados logo na entrada, onde existe uma lanchonete com boas opções saudáveis.
Na sala de espera de pacientes tem muitos pernilongos que incomodam bastante, mas mostra-se como um problema pontual.
Quiet environment, with three floors, well ventilated and clean. It looks new, with new and well maintained furniture.
Polite staff at the entrance, where there is a snack bar with good healthy options.
In the patients' waiting room, there are many mosquitoes that are very annoying, but it appears to be a one-off problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambiente, portaria, atendimento das recepcionistas são excelentes, nada pra reclamar. Doutora Rozilda (mastologia) muito atensiosa e prestativa, apenas deixou a desejar na parte de olhar os exames (muito corrido e com isso fez com que me perguntasse várias vezes a data dos exames e quais havia feito sendo que os exames estava na mão dela) no meu ponto de vista se for pra ter pressa é melhor não atender, e também uma coisa ruim é o trajeto da clínica, muito ruim pra quem depende de ônibus, gastei 2 dias seguidos uber ida e volta por conta da Doutora faltar e do trajeto que é impossível pegar ônibus. Como eu estava a procura desta especialidade achei a clínica com muitos comentários positivos, mas eu deixo meus pontinhos negativos e infelizmente persistir por conta que estava precisando ter mais exames.
Atmosphere, concierge, receptionist service are excellent, nothing to complain about. Dr Rozilda (mastology) very attentive and helpful, she only left something to be desired in terms of looking at the exams (very rushed and with that she asked me several times the date of the exams and which ones she had done since the exams were in her hand) from my point of view, if you want to be in a hurry, it's better not to attend, and also a bad thing is the route to the clinic, very bad for those who depend on buses, I spent 2 days in a row uber round trip because of the Doctor missing and the journey that it is impossible to take the bus. As I was looking for this specialty, I found the clinic with many positive comments, but I leave my negative points and unfortunately persist because I needed to have more exams.
