★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de deixar registrado o meu descontentamento. Fui realizar um teste de COVID, que foi previamente agendado por telefone e repassado todas as informações também através do meio. Chegando ao local no horário agendado, fiquei aguardando mais de uma hora para ser informada que o exame precisava de liberação pelo plano de saúde com antecendência, pois conforme a ANS tem um prazo para ser liberado que não é de imediato, o que não foi realizado pelo operador do telefone. Ou seja, o operador do telefone não sabia desta norma e nem o operador do balcão, me fazendo esperar para não realizar o exame. Como assim não tem conhecimento de uma norma da ANS?
Realizei exame em outro laboratório, onde fui orientada corretamente e fui atendida como previsto.
I would like to record my discontent. I went to perform a COVID test, which was previously scheduled by phone and passed on all information also through the medium. Arriving at the place at the scheduled time, I waited more than an hour to be informed that the exam needed to be released by the health plan in advance, as according to the ANS there is a deadline to be released that is not immediately, which was not done by the phone operator. In other words, the telephone operator did not know this nor the operator of the counter, making me wait not to take the exam. How come you are not aware of an ANS standard?
I underwent an examination in another laboratory, where I was properly oriented and was attended to as planned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Secretária atendem bem e são super educadas. Porém achei o local extremamente lotado. Deveriam fazer a higienização das cadeiras após cada cliente e aferir temperatura. Preço de alguns exames está bem acima do normal.
Secretary serve well and are super polite. But I found the place extremely crowded. They should clean the chairs after each client and check the temperature. Some exam prices are well above normal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O protocolo de atendimento é péssimo. Não há uma proporcionalidade no atendimento. São chamados 10 idosos e 1 pessoa normal, sem ser idosa. Não entendo isso. Deveriam rever isso.
The service protocol is terrible. There is no proportionality in the service. 10 elderly and 1 normal person are called, without being elderly. I do not understand this. You should review this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um dia por volta de 1h só pra pegar o material para colher o exame. Hoje estou aguardando atendimento ainda, há 1h no momento… Previsão de 1h30 pra atendimento. Isso porque eu deveria entregar o meu exame de 7 às 8h, no gelo, mas são quase 9h e nada de atendimento (eu avisei que tinha exame pra entregar). Na unidade que eu ia antes nao tinha Covid junto com atendimento normal. Um monte de gente tossindo, alguns de nariz de fora e ninguém reclama. Show de horror. Dá pra saber pq o corona faz a festa…

That's because I was supposed to deliver my exam from 7 am to 8 am, on ice, but it's almost 9 am and there's no service (I told you I had an exam to deliver). In the unit I went to before, there was no Covid along with normal care. A lot of people coughing, some with their noses out and nobody complains. Horror show. You can know why the corona has the party...

Wide reception, air conditioning with pleasant temperature, helpful receptionist with the printing of exams and guidelines for exams. Skilled technicians with information about the collection and customer data. They provide the pots for collecting urine and feces. The new platform for exam results and easy handling.

Gostaria de deixar em vigor o serviço prestado pela gerência, pela atendente Simone e coletor de sangue César, que coleta meu sangue há pelo menos 25 anos.
É de funcionários assim que a empresa precisa para ter uma procedência qualitativa. Voltei, volto e voltarei mais vezes dando exclusividade à loja da Freguesia.
