★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Técnico NÃO apareceu. Qdo EU liguei para me informar (pq ninguém deu satisfação), disseram q ele telefonou para meu CEL e como ninguém atendeu simplemente deixou de ir ao local. Ocorre que o agendamento JÁ ESTAVA confirmado! Ninguém disse que o técnico só iria se eu atendesse o cel... até porque eu estou trabalhando e ficou uma pessoa em casa aguardando o técnico em vão.. .FALTA DE COMPROMISSO E DESCASO com o cliente! Não tem sentido ligar, abrir o chamado para a ida do técnico, ficar esperando entre "hoje e amanha," como informaram, e depois saber que tudo dependeria do atendimento ou não de uma ligação telefônica. DEVERIAM ter informado que o técnico só iria se eu ATENDESSE tal ligação, de modo que eu deveria ficar o tempo todo de plantão aguardando ao telefone (o prazo era entre hj e amanha)...Tem cabimento isso??? Pra que agendam então???
Technician did NOT appear. When I called to inform me (because no one gave satisfaction), they said that he called my CEL and no one answered simply left to go to the place. It turns out that the schedule was ALREADY confirmed! Nobody said that the technician would only go if I attended the cel ... even because I'm working and stayed a person at home waiting for the technician in vain ... .LUCK OF COMMITMENT AND DESCASE with the client! There is no point in calling, opening the call for the technician to go, waiting between "today and tomorrow," as they reported, and then knowing that everything would depend on whether or not a telephone call was made. They should have informed me that the technician would only go if I attended to such a call, so I should be on duty all the time waiting for the phone (the deadline was between hj and tomorrow) ... Is it fitting ??? Why book then ???
