★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência terrível!!!!! Não façam nenhum tipo de serviço nessa serralheria!!!! O preço é razoável, mas eu pagaria o dobro para não ter a dor de cabeça que tive. O dono é terrível em comunicação, não respondendo o WhatsApp e nem os telefonemas. Ele combina com você que vai instalar o portão em tal dia, mas não aparece (não manda msg e nem liga para dar satisfação). Depois de muito tempo, ele colocou o meu portão, mas não trouxe os motores. Era para ter colocado o portão há 2 meses (conforme ele me falou no dia do pagamento) e até agora, os motores não chegaram. Ele viajou para a Bahia e não nos deu nenhuma satisfação, com relação aos motores. Paguem mais caro, mas não façam portão nessa serralheria.
Terrible experience !!!!! Do not do any kind of service in this locksmith shop !!!! The price is reasonable, but I would pay twice as much for not having the headache I had. The owner is terrible at communication, not responding to WhatsApp or phone calls. He agrees with you that he is going to install the gate on such a day, but he does not show up (does not send messages or call to give satisfaction). After a long time, he placed my gate, but did not bring the engines. It was supposed to put the gate 2 months ago (as he told me on the day of payment) and so far, the engines have not arrived. He traveled to Bahia and gave us no satisfaction with the engines. Pay more, but do not make a gate in this locksmith shop.
