★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente há muitos anos. Após muito tempo fora, voltei a frequentar, no entanto, para minha tristeza, o atendimento decaiu demais. A oferta de pratos é minima em relação ao que já foi. Na parte de grelhados deixam os produtos expostos causando o efeito "comida fria". O atendimento para pedir uma bebida está deplorável. Você precisa insistir muito ou ir até uma atendente para poder pedir a bebida.
Estou bastante decepcionado com um local que já foi um dos meus preferidos.
I have been a customer for many years. After a long time away, I went back to attend, however, to my sadness, the service declined too much. The offer of dishes is minimal compared to what has already been. In the grilled part, they leave the products exposed causing the "cold food" effect. The service to order a drink is deplorable. You need to insist a lot or go to an attendant to be able to order the drink.
I am very disappointed with a place that was once one of my favorites.

Hoje estive lá com mais quatro pessoas, sentamos à mesa que fica próximo ao final da loja e apenas uma atendente ignorou nossa presença. Por mais de cinco minutos fiquei chamando-a e a a mesma não deu a mínima. Como gosto da comida, cruzei a ponte e fui até a outra unidade e lá sim fomos bem atendidos, até porque uma senhora que julgo ser a proprietária estava supervisionando tudo. Mas infelizmente tenho que deixar uma nota zero pra o atendimento de uma atendente da unidade da rua da Imperatriz.
Good Food. But I have to lament about the service in the Empress store. Today I was there with four more people, we sat at the table near the end of the store and only one attendant ignored our presence. For more than five minutes I kept calling her and she did not give a damn. As I like the food, I crossed the bridge and went to the other unit and there we were well taken care of, because even one lady who I thought was the owner was supervising everything. But unfortunately I have to leave a note zero for the attendance of an attendant of the unit of Rua da Imperatriz.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é bom. Cheguei no horário do almoço e só queria fazer um lanche. Me ofereceram boas opções de lanches e eu gostei da comida, só achei as cadeiras para sentar um pouco desconfortáveis. Porém, a lanchonete já está trabalhando com o distanciamento social por causa da pandemia.
The service is good. I arrived at lunch and just wanted to have a snack. They offered me good options for snacks and I liked the food, I just found the chairs to sit a little uncomfortable. However, the cafeteria is already working with social distance due to the pandemic.

Affordable restaurant in the center of Recife, great price. Wonderful taste. Family atmosphere and busy at lunchtime. The sertanense is a must stop after beating the city center.
