★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremamente satisfeito. Levei meu MacBook Pro para fazer o programa de serviço da Apple para o qual estava qualificado (substituição do teclado). Chegando lá, fui questionado sobre o fato do meu computador ser torto (e de fato era). Perguntaram se eu havia derrubado algum tipo de líquido ou feito algo que pudesse ter causado isso. Neguei, até porque nunca fiz nada do tipo. Uso meu MacBook como um desktop, sabia que ele era torto pois ele não fechava direito, porém nunca me preocupei porque ele sempre funcionou normalmente com meu uso diário. Por comodismo, por não querer/poder ficar sem computador, e por ele funcionar 100%, nunca levei para consertar. Fui informado que o meu computador não poderia realizar o serviço por isso e que eu teria de pagar pelo orçamento para saber o que havia dentro do meu computador. Tirei minhas dúvidas com o técnico Gilberto e resolvi pagar pelo orçamento, visto que realmente sabia que meu computador era torto, mas não sabia exatamente onde/como aconteceu. Deixei meu computador lá no dia 10/02/2021 e hoje, no dia 25/02/2021 (lembrando que teve "carnaval" nesse ínterim) recebi uma ligação informando que meu computador estava pronto. Fui buscar e, para minha grata surpresa, o teclado foi trocado e meu computador não é mais torto (e a tecla N não agarra mais), além disso o teclado foi pedido pelo programa de serviço da apple, motivo pelo qual eu não tive que pagar nada. Como eu agi de boa fé e fui sincero sobre não saber porquê meu computador era torto, acredito que eles constataram que por dentro não havia nada (como líquidos ou qualquer tentativa de mexer no meu computador antes) e trocaram meu teclado sem me repassar nenhum custo. Achei honesto da parte deles porque não pareciam querer ganhar dinheiro a qualquer custo (poderiam me cobrar pelo orçamento visto que eu topei pagar) e me entregaram meu computador novo em folha. Recomendo!
 Extremely satisfied. I took my MacBook Pro to make the Apple service program for which I was eligible (keyboard replacement). When I got there, I was asked about the fact that my computer was crooked (and it was). They asked if I had spilled any liquid or done anything that could have caused it. I denied it, because I never did anything like that. I use my MacBook as a desktop, I knew it was crooked because it didn't close properly, but I never worried because it always worked normally with my daily use. For convenience, because I don't want to be able to be without a computer, and because it works 100%, I never took it to fix it. I was informed that my computer could not perform the service for this and that I would have to pay for the budget to find out what was inside my computer. I took my doubts with the technician Gilberto and decided to pay for the budget, since I really knew that my computer was crooked, but I didn't know exactly where / how it happened. I left my computer there on 02/10/2021 and today, on 02/25/2021 (remembering that there was "carnival" in the meantime) I received a call saying that my computer was ready. I went to get it and, to my pleasant surprise, the keyboard was changed and my computer is no longer crooked (and the N key no longer holds), in addition the keyboard was ordered by the Apple service program, which is why I didn't have to pay nothing. As I acted in good faith and was sincere about not knowing why my computer was crooked, I believe that they found that inside there was nothing (such as liquids or any attempt to tamper with my computer before) and changed my keyboard without passing on any costs. . I thought it was honest on their part because they didn't seem to want to make money at any cost (they could charge me for the budget since I was willing to pay) and they handed me my brand new computer. I recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Fui levar meu macbook para recall com problemas de teclas (digita o T e G duplicado, etc), como é uma solicitação da própria Apple. Para minha surpresa, o velhinho retorna meu mac com 5 teclas quebradas, negando o recall.(T e G nem estavam nessa lista). Hora, se o recall é um erro de software, como ele seria negado? Isso é contra o direito do consumidor!
Fora que o lugar parece um muquifo, pra receber um mac de quase 20k.
Terrible attendance. I went to take my macbook for recall with key issues (types the duplicated T and G, etc), as is a request from Apple itself. To my surprise, the old man returns my mac with 5 broken keys, denying the recall.(T and G weren't even on that list). Time, if the recall is a software error, how would it be denied? This is against the consumer's right!
Not to mention that the place looks like a muquifo, to receive a mac of almost 20k.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeiramente, levei meu MacBook para reparo pq estava dando aquecimento. Fizeram orçamento de R$3.000,00. Fizeram o conserto; após 10 dias, o problema reapareceu, levei novamente. Fizeram orçamento de quase R$ 6.000,00. Disse que não faria o serviço e ainda queriam me cobrar R180,00 por terem feito o orçamento. Autorizada desonesta e picareta!!
First, I took my MacBook in for repair because it was heating up. They budgeted R$3,000.00. They did the repair; after 10 days the problem reappeared, I took it again. They made a budget of almost R$ 6,000.00. He said he wouldn't do the service and they still wanted to charge me R180.00 for having made the budget. Authorized dishonest and hack!!

I brought my MacBook Air here because it was having problems. They told me the only solution was to change the motherboard and they were going to charge 3000 reais. I didn't accept it and brought the computer for a second opinion to San Asistencia, avenida Paulista 509. The guy there said he just needed to clean the computer from the inside. He did, charged me 350 reais and my computer is working excellent again.
