★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depois de um atraso injustificável – porque realmente nem isso se deram ao trabalho –, entregaram um péssimo resultado, mesmo recebendo as artes com toda a antecedência necessária. Foi uma sabotagem ao meu evento.
Não imprimiram o material alinhado em frente e verso, realizando o corte de maneira totalmente incorreta. Mesmo com o resultado visivelmente errado, fingiram que não havia nenhum problema. Quando indagados, se reservaram a pedir desculpas e não responder mais nada. Desrespeito é pouco. As fotos mostram o nível de qualidade do que fazem quando querem.
After an unjustifiable delay – because they really didn't even bother – they delivered a terrible result, even though they received the arts with all the necessary advance notice. It was a sabotage to my event.
They did not print the material aligned on both sides, making the cut completely incorrectly. Even with the result visibly wrong, they pretended there was no problem. When asked, they reserved to apologize and not answer any more. Disrespect is not enough. The photos show the quality level of what they do when they want.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, me senti totalmente insegura, não é uma gráfica aberta, tem um portão totalmente fechado na frente onde você tem que interfonar e te atendem com zero profissionalismo. Fiquei esperando dentro, tudo meio não acabado, uma casa desestruturada, com caixas de som, com funcionarios chegando atrasado, jogando caixas pela garagem, atrasaram absurdamente meu pedido, tive que ficar fazendo acompanhamento para saber quando iam me entregar e por segurança pedi para meu namorado ir buscar depois. Sem condições.. JAMAIS volto e JAMAIS indicarei pra alguem, só leiam as outras avaliações abaixo e procurem outra grafica. A Grafica Paraiso Express perto do metro paraíso da de 100000 a zero em atendimento e profissionalismo.
Terrible, I felt totally insecure, it's not an open print shop, it has a fully closed gate in front where you have to call and they serve you with zero professionalism. I was waiting inside, everything was kind of unfinished, a disorganized house, with speakers, with employees arriving late, throwing boxes around the garage, my order was absurdly delayed, I had to follow up to know when they were going to deliver me and for security I asked my boyfriend pick up later. No conditions.. I will NEVER come back and I will NEVER recommend it to anyone, just read the other reviews below and look for another graphic. Grafica Paraiso Express close to the Paraíso metro offers 100000 to zero in service and professionalism.
