★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei minha esteira para ver problema com a lona e me deram o prazo de uma semana, depois de 8 dias voltei para perguntar e o atendente disse que o técnico não achou a peça, eu perguntei qual era o defeito e o atendente me respondeu que era a chave de segurança. conclusão, não olharam minha esteira.... péssima loja, não são profissionais.

Ao chegarem, o produto já veio montado e sem os demais itens (manual, eventuais ferramentas para montagem e outros acessórios que não tive a oportunidade de saber se vinham junto com o produto, porque não o recebi em sua embalagem original, etc.). Tive de pedir pra enviarem tais itens, e veio somente o manual por correio. Tive de estabelecer novo contato para pedir as ferramentas; a vendedora alegou que as ferramentas são de plástico e descartáveis. É um deboche completo com o cliente, simplesmente... ou seja, descartaram itens que são meus, e tive de exigir que enviassem as ferramentas por correio. O encarte das ferramentas veio aberto, não estava colocado num envelope, somente havia o endereço afixado no verso do encarte. Ah!, detalhe, as ferramentas eram de metal... Se eu não reclamo, teria ficado sem... infelizmente esse lojista não preza por transparência e trata sua reclamação como se fosse um favor. Tudo isso leva o cliente a achar que o produto não é novo.... NÃO RECOMENDO!! ATENDIMENTO DE VENDA E DE GERÊNCIA MUITO INSUFICIENTES.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um orçamento e o técnico foi muito atencioso. O problema ocorreu que esse técnico disse um valor e o orçamento ficou quase o triplo. Quando não aceitei o serviço não tinham agenda para me devolver a placa que foi retirada e levada por esse técnico. Depois de inúmeros telefonemas e agendamentos vazios, fui retirar a placa pessoalmente (que está desmontada até agora). Ao final, tive que pagar pela visita do técnico.

When I didn't accept the service, they didn't have an agenda to return the plaque that was removed and taken by this technician. After countless phone calls and empty appointments, I went to remove the card personally (which has been dismantled so far). In the end, I had to pay for the technician's visit.

Minha mãe solicitou uma visita do técnico para realizar o um orçamento pq o painel do transport estava apresentado um erro. Resumindo o técnico chegou ao local e nem ligou o aparelho na tomada e já diagnosticou que o aparelho estava queimado e já me passou o orçamento (absurdamente caro). Logo eu expliquei que o aparelho nunca esteve queimado e então ele percebeu que não havia ligado na tomada e ele ligou e fez outro orçamento. Acontece que perdi totalmente a confiança nessa empresa e solicitei outra empresa para realizar o orçamento, a segunda empresa fez a visita e o diagnóstico correto (diferente do que o técnico fez) e muito mais barato.
Entrei em contato com a empresa para dizer que não achava correto pagar a visita do técnico que fez o diagnóstico errado e eles nos trataram com o maior DESCASO e falta de educação. NÃO RECOMENDO essa empresa.

Soon I explained that the device was never burned and then he realized he hadn't plugged in and he called and made another quote. It turns out that I totally lost confidence in this company and asked another company to make the budget, the second company made the visit and the correct diagnosis (different from what the technician did) and much cheaper.
I contacted the company to say that I did not think it was right to pay the visit of the technician who made the wrong diagnosis and they treated us with the greatest DISASTER and lack of education. DO NOT RECOMMEND this company.
