I do not know what the laundry is like at this establishment, but I can tell you about the dressmaker, which I do not recommend to anyone who does not want to have a headache. The final work is reasonable; however, the novel is long.

Apesar de oferecem o reembolso da lavagem, a atendente alegou que não me atenderia mais, nem responderia qualquer tipo de pergunta. Não volto mais.
I do not recommend the laundry. I noticed some holes in the withdrawal that were not described in the receipt and the complaint was made within the stipulated time. Although they offer reimbursement of the wash, the attendant claimed that she would not answer me anymore, nor answer any kind of question. I won't be back anymore.

Estou ligando para o telefone da loja e para o celular do dono que não me atendem e não me retornam. Tive muita pasciência, dei uma segunda chance, mas parece que não se preocupam com o cliente. Enfim, estragaram a bota, eu paguei pelo péssimo serviço e ainda estou sem a bota. Inacreditável.
They did a rough painting on my boot. They were left to fix and after 1 month of the expected delivery date they still haven't delivered to me. I'm calling the store's phone and the owner's cell phone and they don't answer me and they don't get back to me. I had a lot of patience, I gave them a second chance, but they don't seem to care about the customer. Anyway, they ruined the boot, I paid for the bad service and I still don't have the boot. Unbelievable.
