Assumiram fazer a instalação de uma ar condicionado em minha casa, eu avisei que era um primeira, os técnicos chegaram sem escada, foram pegar outra escada e me deixaram esperando por duas horas. Então precisei ligar várias vezes para eles informarem que não iriam mais vir e que eu que arrumasse outra pessoa para fazer o serviço.
Completely irresponsible. They assumed the installation of an air conditioner in my house, I told them it was a first, the technicians arrived without a ladder, went to take another ladder and left me waiting for two hours. So I had to call them several times to let them know that they wouldn't come again and that I could find someone else to do the job.
