Demorado, pra fazer uma inscrição do curso de transportes de passageiros, passei 39 minutos sentados na frente da atendente, uma falta de respeito com o cliente, ela atendia mais quem estava do outro lado, no telefone, que eu q estava presencial, gostei não.
