★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar excelente com ótimos funcionários, porém o órgão começou a cobrar valores dos dependentes...
Até aí blz, o problema é que no meu caso minha filha está em fase final do tratamento ortodôntico e na hora de colocar o aparelho móvel tive que me virar pra pagar 401 Reais...e fui informado na hora que se não pagasse o tratamento ficaria parado até arrumar o dinheiro.( Mas foram bonzinhos, parcelaram no cartão)
SERÁ QUE VALE A PENA CONTINUAR LEVANDO DEPENDENTES LÁ?
Se fosse pra cobrar dos dependente, que começasse com os novos pacientes.
Ai fica fácil falar, é ordem de Brasília

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ hoje 4/1/21 as 13:13, dou nota zero, para o atendimento dos cursos q acabei de ter nessa empresa.
Depois de tentar varias tentativas que so chamavam, demorei uns 10 minutos depois de atendido por uma secretaria eletronica, q informava q o ramal estava ocupado. Qd atendida por uma mulher, a mesma nao se identificou e nao deu nenhuma informacao, so respondeu de muita ma vontade o q perguntei. Dizendo q nao tinham turmas sobre o curso q preciso, isso pq sao credenciados pelo DETRAN :( , disse ainda q se eu quisesse era para ficar ligando pra ver se abriria uma turma em fevereiro. Pedi informacoes dos documentos necessarios, foi entao q veio o maior descaso, me colocou na espera por mais de 30 minutos, ate cair a linha. Um absurdo!!!
