★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Seta Imobiliária é a pior imobiliária que já tive que tratar. Não tem nenhum respeito pelo inquilino. A vistoria de entrega do imóvel é abusiva. Caso tenham que tratar com essa imobiliária, sejam precavidos.
 Seta Imobiliária is the worst real estate I've ever had to deal with. It has no respect for the tenant. The delivery inspection of the property is abusive. If you have to deal with this real estate, be careful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A burocracia na hora de devolver o imóvel é terrível, eles querem um imóvel novo (muito cuidado no laudo de vistoria, façam vídeos junto ao vistoriador de tudo, para não ser responsabilizado por nada posteriormente, pois eles te negam de ter acesso as fotos de vistoria da entrada).
Além do mais você fica refém vários dias esperando o laudo de vistoria, sendo responsável pelos encargos em virtude de sua burocracia. Outro detalhe, que para devolver a caução é um sofrimento, eles falam 30 dias após todo o processo interno ter encerrado, e não 30 dias do pedido de rescisão.
Detalhe, só consegui devolver a chave porque entreguei pessoalmente ao proprietário depois de quase 20 dias, que fez junto comigo a vistoria, quando imobiliária se recusou a receber pois alegava que teria que ser responsável por umas coisas lá dentro. (armários que já estavam danificado quando cheguei, conforme laudo de vistoria entre outras besteiras). Fica aqui minha experiência e um alerta.

Another detail, that to return the security deposit is a pain, they speak 30 days after the entire internal process has ended, and not 30 days after the termination request.
Detail, I was only able to return the key because I personally gave it to the owner after almost 20 days, who did the inspection together with me, when the real estate agent refused to receive it because he claimed that he would have to be responsible for some things inside. (cabinets that were already damaged when I arrived, according to an inspection report, among other nonsense). Here is my experience and an alert.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A minha experiência tornou-se negativa a partir da recisão do contrato. O prazo dado para a restituição do valor caução foi de até 30 dias. Mas não cumpriram o prazo e nem deram explicação do atraso. Depois de 58 dias me devolveram o valor caução.
Imobiliária NÃO RECOMENDADA !
My experience turned negative after the termination of the contract. The period given for the refund of the security deposit was up to 30 days. But they didn't meet the deadline and didn't even give an explanation for the delay. After 58 days I returned the security deposit.

My people do not rent with this "company" they have no professionalism, they have no respect for the customer from the inspection to the delivery of the property, total disregard for the customer!
