★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar onde os funcionários prezam por quantidade ao invés de qualidade, não façam contrato com a empresa, vc fica preso não pode cancelar, quando está no prazo de cancelar eles não atendem, enrolam de todas as maneiras pra vc desistir, se fosse falar tudo iria fica aqui até amanhã, NÃO RECOMENDO DE FORMA ALGUMA!
Place where employees value quantity instead of quality, do not contract with the company, you get stuck you cannot cancel, when it is within the deadline to cancel they do not answer, they roll up in every way for you to give up, if you were to talk everything would go stay here until tomorrow, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT IN ANY WAY!

Service declined too much, too many people for few professionals, service with a waiting time of more than 1:30h, I don't recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente para serviço de ortodontia péssima experiência , estava com Dr. Tatiana que entortou e deixou com altura irregular e dizia nunca ver. Que não acredito, afinal , se dizem especialista. Meus dentes movem rápido e mesmo assim estou a dois anos para alinhar e fechar espaço, que nunca fecha. Já venho de outra clínica que fazia a mesma coisa. Já estou cheia disso. Sei que se quiserem resolvem logo. Mas segurar cliente é melhor do que fazer um bom trabalho e pela satisfação fazermos a indicação boca a boca.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior atendimento da minha vida o local e apertado sem ventilação a escada para suber e muito proxima do teto muito desconfortavel ,os clientes são trazido da rua para uma avaliação e uma especial de rodízio dentário porem o pior ainda estava por vim fiz a minha avaliação com a doutora Cristiane apenas para fazer um novo route dentário eu compareci no consultorio mas de 10 vezes eu era chamada para fazer o molde ,refazer o molde ,enfim isso durou por 3 incansável meses simplesmente todos os moldes que tiraram de mim o resultado era ou o route chegava pequeno demais ou frouxo demais o primeiro venho com o dente torto o segundo nao quando encaixava na parte de trás caia na frente quando encaixava na parte da frente caia atrás o mas irritante foi a suposta dentista me disse tudo isso e normal e assim mesmo o outro venho com uma placa de ferro grossa que deixou a minha boca torta e ela toda insegura me dizendo eu vou ver se e possível remover a placa de ferro enfim pedi o estorvo do valor pago a isso foi a única coisa que funcionou no meu caso devolveram meu dinheiro nao sei se por competência ou medo de processo tenho um route a 21 anos que me foi entregue em um prazo de 20 dias so resolvi trocar pelo tento qua saudade de bom profissionais CLINICA SEU DENTISTA ESSA EU NAO ENDICO NEM PRA CACHORRO
Worst service of my life the place is tight without ventilation the stairs to go up and very close to the ceiling very uncomfortable, customers are brought from the street for an evaluation and a special dental rotation but the worst was yet to come I did my evaluation with Dr Cristiane just to do a new dental route I attended the office but 10 times I was called to make the mold, redo the mold, in the end it lasted for 3 tireless months simply all the molds that took away from me the result was either route arrived too small or too loose the first came with a crooked tooth the second not when it fit in the back fall in front when it fit in the front fall in the back the most irritating was the supposed dentist told me all this is normal and anyway the other comes with a thick iron plate that left my mouth crooked and she is all insecure telling me I'll see if it's possible to remove the iron plate finally I asked for the hindrance d the amount paid for that was the only thing that worked in my case they refunded my money I don't know if due to competence or fear of the process I have a route 21 years ago that was delivered to me within 20 days so I decided to exchange it for the sake of good professionals CLINIC YOUR DENTIST I DON'T END IT EVEN FOR DOGS
