Todos seguindo as normas de segurança e tomando as precauções necessárias contra o covid. Perdi minha mãe a 20 dias para essa doença é jamais frequentaria um lugar que não as respeitassem.

All following safety rules and taking the necessary precautions against covid. I lost my mother 20 days ago to this disease and would never go to a place that did not respect them.

Protocolos super rigorosos para o momento tão difícil que estamos passando. Covid é algo MUITO sério, e infelizmente não tem como saber o que é ou não. Portanto com qualquer sintoma aparente eles não atendem. O que eu acho o mais CORRETO E COERENTE a se fazer.
Me senti muito segura no consultório.
Indicarei e com certeza voltarei mais vezes.

Super strict protocols for the difficult time we are going through. Covid is VERY serious, and unfortunately there is no way to know what it is or not. So with any apparent symptom they don't answer. What I think is the most CORRECT AND CONSISTENT to do.
I felt very safe in the office.
I will recommend it and I will definitely be back more often.

E chegando na clínica fui avaliado pela atendente "Dra" sem CRM que eu tinha sintomas de covid apenas por ter ido ao banheiro urinar e ter assoado o nariz. Nunca passei por isso não local nenhum. Sem tosse, sem aferir temperatura, simplesmente me negou o atendimento marcado. Infelizmente se as clínicas e outros estabelecimentos estiverem com esse avaliador sem nenhuma experiência médica não poderei nem sair de casa pois como muitos brasileiros com sinusite, rinite e alergias devem ser reclusos e negado o tratamento de saúde. Ridículo o atendimento. Sinto me frustrado e excluído sem nenhum motivo. Apenas por um olhar Ridículo de um atendente sem conhecimento técnico algum.
I just left Clinica odontologica after waiting more than 30 days to start root canal treatment. And arriving at the clinic I was evaluated by the attendant "Dra" without CRM that I had symptoms of covid just because I went to the bathroom to urinate and blew my nose. I never went through this at any place. Without coughing, without checking the temperature, he simply denied me the appointment. Unfortunately, if clinics and other establishments are with this evaluator without any medical experience, I will not be able to leave the house because, like many Brazilians with sinusitis, rhinitis and allergies, they must be inmates and denied health treatment. Ridiculous service. I feel frustrated and excluded for no reason. Just by the ridiculous look of an attendant with no technical knowledge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adoro o atendimento nessa clínica. Super atenciosos e principalmente, extremamente cuidadosos com a higiene nesse período de Covid. Li a postagem anterior, sou obrigada a discordar totalmente.
A recepcionista, ( que não é "Dra sem CRM" como citou, na verdade , dentista tem CFO ou CRO ), ela é sempre muito prudente em relação aos protocolos do Covid, zelando pelos dentistas e pacientes.
Quando percebe que o paciente talvez possa apresentar algum dos sintomas de Covid, gentilmente ela se dirige ao paciente e conversa, sugerindo outras possibilidades pra um futuro atendimento.
Sendo assim, seria leviano qualquer tipo de crítica sem avaliar o que realmente acontece no local. Me senti totalmente segura com os cuidados que eles tem com os pacientes. Frequento e recomendo.
I love the service at this clinic. Super attentive and especially, extremely careful with hygiene in this period of Covid. I read the previous post, I have to totally disagree.
The receptionist, (who is not "Dr. without CRM" as mentioned, in fact, dentist has CFO or CRO), she is always very prudent in relation to Covid protocols, taking care of dentists and patients.
When she realizes that the patient may have some of Covid's symptoms, she gently addresses the patient and talks, suggesting other possibilities for future care.
Therefore, any type of criticism would be frivolous without assessing what actually happens on the site. I felt totally safe with the care they have with patients. I go and recommend.
