★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sérgio me parece ser técnico "raiz", que atua realmente há muito tempo na área de reparo de computadores e periféricos e em que podemos confiar. Valor do serviço até baixo demais pelo esforço e responsabilidade desse tipo de trabalho, no meu ponto de vista.

Levei meu note de trabalho para arrumar, pois a tela tinha parado de funcionar. Deram o prazo de 3 dias para realizar o orçamento. Após 7 dias me passaram o valor de troca da tela. Autorizei o procedimento. Me disseram que 4 dias no máximo estaria pronto. Passou o prazo a pessoa que me atendeu no telefone disse que iria avaliar o note para entrega do serviço. Mais uns dias liguei lá e nada. Ao buscar o computador disseram que não precisava pagar nada e que estava tudo certo. Jura???? Certo onde???? A tela que provavelmente não sabiam trocar está com quase todas as travas quebradas. O computador funcionou por 6 dias e parou.
Levei em outros 2 locais e os técnicos disseram que não vale a pena tentar mexer, pois danificaram a peça.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND
I took my work note to tidy up as the screen had stopped working. They gave a period of 3 days to make the budget. After 7 days I was given the exchange value of the screen. I authorized the procedure. I was told that 4 days maximum would be ready. The deadline passed, the person who answered me on the phone said he would evaluate the note for delivery of the service. A few more days I called there and nothing. When looking for the computer they said they didn't need to pay anything and that everything was fine. Swear???? Alright where???? The screen that they probably didn't know how to change has almost all the locks broken. The computer ran for 6 days and stopped.
I took it in other 2 places and the technicians said that it is not worth trying to move, as they damaged the part.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sem dúvidas, muito honesto, minha família sempre vai lá, recentemente levei o PC gamer do meu filho que tinha apagado o vídeo, eu estava crente que a placa de vídeo estaria queimada, porém era só limpeza, outra vez levei minha impressora pois parou , eles virão e era só uma caneta que meu bebê jogou nela, rsrsrs ,, pessoal!!!!! Antes de falar mal, vai na santa Efigênia, com meus mesmos defeitos, aí a placa vai tá queimada, e a impressora condenada, avaliação do Google e coisa séria!!! Vamos respeitar os bons, pois isso ajuda o próximo
Undoubtedly, very honest, my family always goes there, I recently took my son's gaming PC that had deleted the video, I was convinced that the video card would be burned, but it was just cleaning, again I took my printer because it stopped , they will come and it was just a pen that my baby threw at it lol ,, guys!!!!! Before speaking ill, go to Santa Efigênia, with my same defects, then the plate will be burned, and the printer condemned, Google evaluation and serious business!!! Let's respect the good ones, because it helps the next

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento não foi bom, me senti enrolado pelo atendente, que demorava horas ou dias para me responder.
Porém, quando finalmente consegui dar meu pc para os tecnicos, cumpriram os prazos com antecedencia, o valor do serviço foi justo e o serviço em si foi excelente.
Experiencia quase perfeita, só pecou no atendimento.
The service was not good, I felt trapped by the attendant, who took hours or days to respond.
However, when I finally managed to give my pc to the technicians, they met the deadlines in advance, the value of the service was fair and the service itself was excellent.
Almost perfect experience, only sinned in the service.
