★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu havia solicitado o instalação do Windows 10 e do pacote office e foi cobrado o valor de 150.00. Como eu havia dito que a ele que tinva comprado o pacote Office ele veio apenas com o cd do Windows, mas o meu pacote Office não estava instalando pedi para que instalasse o Office também ja que o valor estava incluso tudo, mas para a minha surpresa o mesmo não trouxe o cd do Office para a instalação. Penso eu que como.um prestador de serviço vc tem que pensar nos imprevistos, logo tive que chama lo novamente e ele me cobrou mais 50.00 para vir ate a minga casa çara a instalação do Office .Se ele tivesse com todos os CDs de instalação não teria gasto mais 50.00 e esses 50,00 tirei de uma conta ,pois precisava do PC funcionando.para trabalhar. Eu não contrato mais o serviço. Sem falar que trabalha commcartao de crédito e não trouxe a maquininha oq não avisei q seria com Cartão. Se trabalho com Cartão tenho que andar com a maquininha para caso.o cliente desejar pagar no cartão.
I had requested the installation of Windows 10 and the office package and I was charged 150.00. As I told him that he had bought the Office package, he only came with the Windows CD, but my Office package was not installing I asked him to install Office as well, since the price was included everything, but to my surprise he did not bring the Office CD for installation. I think that as a service provider you have to think about unforeseen circumstances, so I had to call him again and he charged me another 50.00 to come to the minga home for the installation of Office. If he had all the installation CDs, I would have spent another 50.00 and that 50.00 I took from an account, because I needed the PC working.to work. I no longer contract the service. Not to mention that it works with a credit card and did not bring the machine q I didn’t tell you it would be with a card. If I work with a card I have to carry the machine in case the customer wants to pay by card.
