★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todas as vezes que vou abastecer presencio uma cena diferente ( negativamente) semana passada um frentista brigava com o cliente e o mesmo falou para o cliente : se quiser abastecer espera mais pq agora vou abastecer esse que chegou depois de você. Outra cena, minha esposa falou completa de etanol e o frentista falou vai demorar se quiser abastecer espera. Moro na região e costumo abastecer nesse posto. ( vou abastecer em outro, sou cliente e pago caro para ter um bom atendimento ) vocês não estão fazendo favor e sim vendendo seus produtos.
Every time I go to refuel I witness a different scene (negatively) last week a gas station attendant argued with the customer and he said to the customer: if you want to refuel, wait longer because now I'm going to refuel the one who arrived after you. Another scene, my wife spoke completely of ethanol and the attendant said it will take time if you want to refuel, wait. I live in the region and I usually fill up at this gas station. (I'm going to fill up in another one, I'm a customer and I pay dearly to have a good service) you are not doing a favor, but selling your products.

Hoje dia 12/3/22 fui nesse posto abastecer, gasolina boa acesso fácil, que pena .. que atendimento ridículo, o cara abastecendo e falando no celular....fui pagar o outro no cx, perguntou quando é??? Falei acho que é x...o cara encostado na parede numa má vontade de atender....que pena, da lugar para outros trabalhar, cadê o gerente desse posto que não vê isso...

Today 3/12/22 I went to this gas station to fill up, good gas, easy access, what a pity .. what a ridiculous service, the guy filling up and talking on the cell.... I went to pay the other one at the cashier, he asked when it was??? I said I think it's x... the guy leaning against the wall in an unwillingness to answer.... what a pity, it gives others a place to work, where's the manager of this post who doesn't see that...
