★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo lugar, não indico ... começa por umas funcionárias que nem te dão atenção direito, ouvindo funk. . . pelo menos da loja próximo a rodoviária. Arrumei meu cel na TEKSENIOR que fica na Santa Efigênia, arrumaram na hora e na minha frente.... indico a vcs e não iram se arrepender ... equipe altamente qualificada
 Bad place, I don't recommend it ... it starts with some employees who don't even pay you enough attention, listening to funk. . . at least from the store near the bus station. I got my cell in TEKSENIOR which is in Santa Efigênia, they got it right on time and in front of me .... I recommend you guys and you will not regret it ... highly qualified team

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É uma assistência bacana, essa unidade em especifico, pois não conheço as outras.
Deixei meu smartphone para concerto do display+touch e o mesmo voltou como desejado.
As atendentes foram atenciosas durante todo atendimento.
Deixei até um caixinha de natal pelo atendimento. (Mas só por que a gatinha da atendente pediu.).
Contras:
Um ponto contra, que me impede de avaliar em 5 entrelas é por causa da politica de compra a qual é proposta aos clientes. Seguem o modelo das lojas da 25 de março. Ex: Sem devolução em dinheiro ou a não troca de certas mercadorias como um fone de ouvido (por mais caro que seja).
A favor:
Nunca tive problemas com serviços contratados ou compras feitas nessa unidade da Shellpi, Até o presente momento.
It is a nice assistance, this unit in particular, because I do not know the others.
I left my smartphone for display+touch concert and it came back as desired.
The attendants were attentive throughout the service.
I even left a Christmas box for the service. (But only because the girl's kitty asked.).
Cons:
A negative point, which prevents me from evaluating 5 lines, is due to the purchase policy which is proposed to customers. They follow the model of 25 March stores. Ex: No cash back or no exchange of certain goods like a headset (no matter how expensive it is).
In favor:
I have never had any problems with contracted services or purchases made at this Shellpi unit, Until now.

Terribly, the technician didn't fix my cell phone and screwed up even more. If you value your money, you never can in this place!

Fiz a troca de bateria trocaram por uma usada fiz troca da tela usaram uma cola inapropriada .
Valor de orçamento muito acima do mercado se você procurar vai achar com valor bem abaixo do que é cobrado
Tive diversos problemas com a loja não retorno e não indico

I changed the battery, replaced it with a used one, changed the screen, used an inappropriate glue.
Budget value far above the market if you look you will find it with value well below what is charged

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei o meu notebook,e o "tecnico" não consertou e ainda trocou meu HD por um com capacidade menor e encheu de gambiarra (fita isolamento mal colocado, colagem mal feita com cola quente, travas dos conectores quebrados e etc) fora que não sei se as peças são as originais do notebook ou se foram trocadas,tendo em vista que o note começou a esquentar após a assistência.
Só não dou 0 estrelas pq o Google não permite.
I left my notebook, and the "technician" did not fix it and even exchanged my hard drive for one with a smaller capacity and filled it with workarounds (badly placed insulation tape, badly made glue with hot glue, broken connector locks, etc.) outside I don't know if the parts are the original ones of the notebook or if they were exchanged, considering that the note started to heat up after the assistance.
I just don't give 0 stars because Google doesn't allow it.

Terrible attendance. You have to beg them to serve with dignity the consumer already starts there. I bought a phone that lasted 1 month and the battery already runs out in minutes and one side no longer works. Lousy products and lousy service. Avoid

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei meu celular e não conseguiram arrumar, mas isso é o de menos. O problema é descaso que tratam o cliente, pois não entram em contato, nós que temos que ficar ligando, como se eles estivessem prestando um favor. Quando deixei o item na loja, deixei meus dados, incluindo tel residencial e email, e não entraram em contato cmg em nenhum momento, tive que ligar pra saber. Da primeira vez, me informaram que precisavam da minha autorização pra fazer um certo teste, e haviam tentado enviar mensagem via whatsapp, mas sem sucesso. E ai eu me pergunto, como que tentaram enviar mensagem, se eu deixei contato de telefone FIXO? E pq n tentaram email? Fora que meu cel estavam com vcs. Enfim, permiti o tal teste e me deram um prazo de 5 dias (tive que perguntar prazo) e quando liguei depois deste período, o tel já estava lá e sem arrumar. Pq não avisaram logo pra eu levar em um lugar competente???? Fiquei cerca de 10 dias sem celular por conta de vcs, podiam fechar, pois não servem nem pra atender um cliente. Se estão preocupados com custos, podiam cobrar pra fazer o orçamento. NÃO RECOMENDO PRA NGM, É PASSAR RAIVA NA CERTA. As atendentes não servem nem pra usar máscara, muito menos pra atender. Peguei meu cel de volta, não me deram nem um 'tchau' sequer. EU que tive que perguntar se tinha que assinar a devolução, se tinha custo e se estava td certo. Esse lugar já devia ter falido faz tempo.

And then I wonder, how did they try to send a message, if I left a FIXED phone contact? And why not try email? Other than that my cel were with you guys. Anyway, I allowed such a test and they gave me a period of 5 days (I had to ask for a deadline) and when I called after this period, the tel was already there and not fixed. Why didn't they tell me right away to take it to a competent place???? I spent about 10 days without a cell phone on account of you guys, they could close it, as they are not even to serve a client. If you're concerned about costs, you could charge for the budget. I DON'T RECOMMEND IT TO NGM, IT'S TO PASS ANGER IN THE RIGHT. The attendants are not even good for wearing a mask, much less for attending. I took my cell back, they didn't even give me a 'bye'. I had to ask if I had to sign the return, if it had a cost and if it was all right. This place should have gone bankrupt a long time ago.
