O cidadão que responde pela empresa, hoje gritou CMG ao telefone e o desligou na minha cara quando liguei para pedir uma posição sobre a falta de rede. Estão de nota zero no pós venda. Posso mudar de opinião depois, mas até então não recomendo.
As funcionárias são atenciosas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eles bloqueiam acesso no roteador, quem quer mudar a senha da internet tem que toda vez ligar e esperar a boa vontade de alguém pra atender, só com essa shift que é assim, com as outras deixam o roteador com senha padrão.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É mais ou menos, não é a melhor nem a pior, parece que criaram até vergonha na cara e aumentaram o upload dos planos, ninguém merecia ter 100 megas download e 7 de upload.
