★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recommend the TEISHOKU SHIGUE it's a set that includes a variety of small portions of talismans, sashimi, tempura, and tsukemono. The rice and missoshiru come as standard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is no fancy japones restaurant. This is a real japones restaurant. If you are looking for really good fresh fish. This is the place to go. Family owned. The chef Armando is the best. My favorite is the Robalo with thin slice of lime. OMG. I want to go back there soon.
Everything you try there is good. Don't expect cream cheese. They don't even have many rolls options. It is real traditional japones. This is a must go.
Cold beer with sake.
Tempura banana flakes desert. So good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local Japanese restaurant with reasonable prices, provided that it is situated in a wealthy neighborhood. A small, well-lit house with a cozy ambiance. Good amount of options of standard Japanese staple. Nothing fancy or original but well done. Definitely a good place to gather a small party.
