★ ★ ★ ★ ★ não gostei do atendimento da supervisora, muito mal educada e sem paciência, foi arrogante quando questionei para trocar um produto, pois ela viu que meu marido ja tinha passado o cartão, ficou NERVOSINHA pois segundo ela teria que cancelar a compra.
se tiver que cancelar a compra e passar novamente que seja feito.
existe direito do consumidor e ela certamente não sabe o que é e nunca ouviu falar….
por fim fiquei com o produto já pago, porque a qualidade era superior ao outro que estava querendo trocar..
falta treinando adequado ou capacidade da mesma a lidar com pessoas e situações.
pelo péssimo atendimento ao cliente da loja, jamais voltaria comprar…
