INICIAVA NOSSA DOR DE CABEÇA. LEVAMOS IMEDIATAMENTE A CLINICA CONVENIADA UNIDADE SÃO CAETANO CONFORME ORIENTAÇÃO DO VENDEDOR RALYSON MARCAL. NESSE DIA O FILHOTE FOI MEDICADO E RETORNAMOS PARA CASA E ASSIM ESSA SITUAÇÃO SE REPITIU SEMANALMENTE NESSA MESMA UNIDADE.
LEVAMOS NOSSO FILHOTE PARA VACINAÇÃO NA UNIDADE MOOCA, QUANDO RETORNAMOS PARA CASA NOSSO CÃO TEVE CONVULSÃO E RETORNAMOS PARA UNIDADE SÃO CAETANO. FICANDO INTERNADO, DIAS DEPOIS RECEBEU ALTA POREM O FILHOTE FICAVA PROSTADO ALGO ESTAVA ERRADO.
NA SEGUENCIA MAIS UMA CONVULSAÕ E LEVAMOS NOVAMENTE PARA SÃO CAETANO FOI QUANDO O DR. BRUNO DIAGNOSTICOU SINOMOSE. ACOMPANHAMOS TODO TRATAMENTO NA UNIDADE BANDEIRANTES PRESENCIALMENTE TODOS OS DIAS DE INTERNAÇÃO E EM 09/08/2020 O FILHOTE FALECEU. SOFREMOS MUITO COM ESSA SITUAÇÃO POIS O FILHOTE ERA PRESENTE DE ANIVERSÁRIO DO MEU FILHO (11 ANOS)
A DRA LUNA DA UNIDADE BANDEIRANTES ACOMPANHOU TODO CASO. REALIZEI DIVERSOS CONTATOS PRESENCIALMENTE, POR TELEFONE E PELO WHATS COM O MURILO E CLAUDIO RESPONSÁVEIS PELA EMPRESA.
NÃO RESOLVEN O MEU PROBLEMA. O VENDEDOR SUMIU, TENHO CONTRATO QUE NÃO ESTA SENDO CUMPRIDO, FUI ENGANADO E ESTOU SENDO ENROLADO. EXIJO A DEVOLUÇÃO INTEGRAL DOS VALORES OU ESTORNO TOTAL DOS VALORES DO CARTÃO DE CRÉDITO.
 I WILL GET A GOLDEN RETRIEVER PUPPY ON 06/14/2020 AND A WEEK AFTER WE HAVE CHANGED THE DOG BEHAVIOR AND INCLUDING DIARRHEA.
STARTED OUR HEADACHE. WE TAKE IMMEDIATELY THE CLINIC CONVENIATED UNIT SÃO CAETANO ACCORDING TO THE ORIENTATION OF SELLER RALYSON MARCAL. ON THAT DAY THE PUPPY WAS MEDICATED AND WE RETURNED HOME AND THAT SITUATION WAS REPEATED WEEKLY IN THIS SAME UNIT.
WE TAKE OUR PUPPY FOR VACCINATION IN THE MOOCA UNIT, WHEN WE RETURN HOME OUR DOG HAD CONVULSION AND RETURN TO THE SÃO CAETANO UNIT. STAYING HOSPITALIZED, DAYS LATER RECEIVED HIGH BUT THE PUPPY WAS PROSTATE SOMETHING WAS WRONG.
NEXT ONE MORE CONVULSION AND WE TAKE IT AGAIN TO SÃO CAETANO WHEN DR. BRUNO DIAGNOSED SYNOMOSIS. WE ACCOMPANY ALL TREATMENT AT THE BANDEIRANTES UNIT PRESENTLY EVERY DAY OF HOSPITALIZATION AND ON 08/09/2020 THE PUPPY HAS DECEASED. WE SUFFERED MUCH WITH THIS SITUATION BECAUSE THE PUPPY WAS MY CHILD'S BIRTHDAY PRESENT (11 YEARS)
DRA LUNA FROM THE BANDEIRANTES UNIT FOLLOWED EVERY CASE. I MADE SEVERAL CONTACTS IN PRESENCE, BY PHONE AND WHATS WITH MURILO AND CLAUDIO RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COMPANY.
DO NOT SOLVE MY PROBLEM. THE SELLER SUMIU, I HAVE A CONTRACT THAT IS NOT BEING FULFILLED, I WAS DECEIVED AND I AM BEING TROUBLED. I REQUIRE A FULL RETURN OF AMOUNTS OR A TOTAL CREDIT CARD AMOUNT.

Fora também que vendem filhotes doentes para te fazer refém dos atendimentos carissimos na clinica veterinaria
Bad company. They don't answer emails. Request the Pedigree document of a puppy purchased in May 2020 and until today they have not responded to me.
Also, they sell sick puppies to be held hostage by the expensive care at the veterinary clinic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É o pior estabelecimento que já conheci. Pensei em visitar mas nunca vi um lugar com tanta avaliação horrível e recorrentes. A prefeitura deveria fechar esse lugar. Os animais são muito mau tratados.
It's the worst establishment I've ever seen. I thought about visiting but I've never seen a place with such horrible and recurring reviews. The city should close this place. Animals are treated very poorly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei o filhote nesta empresa, me prometeram o pedigree a parte do contrato, mas que poderia ficar tranquilo pois seria feito mediante a compra, 4.meses depois não me atendem e quando atende inventam desculpas e enrola por mais 20 dias e nada, péssima empresa se é que pode chamar assim.
I bought the puppy in this company, I was promised the pedigree part of the contract, but that I could be calm because it would be done through the purchase, 4.months later they don't answer me and when they answer they make excuses and roll for another 20 days and nothing, bad company if you can call it that.

Devolveram somente a metade do valor, depois de eu enviar e ligar várias vezes, pois, depois dos relatos de pessoas que aconteceram o mesmo, tive o medo deles sumirem e não devolverem o dinheiro. O valor deveria ser pago TOTALMENTE, isso sim. A vendedora EMANUELE, sendo extremamente grossa por áudios no whatsapp, ameaçando bloquear o meu contato no dia que meu filhotinho faleceu, sendo que, eu só perguntei se ela já tinha falado com o gerente para resolver o meu caso. NÃO COMPREM nesse local, eles se fazem de bonzinhos, e quando o filhote falece, eles te tratam mal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um Husky há 4 meses. Foi a maior dor de cabeça que já tive na minha vida, não recomendaria esse lugar pra ngm. Até pra pegar o pedigree do meu filhote está difícil. Não digo todos os problemas que tive, se não iria ficar gigantesco isso aqui
I bought a Husky 4 months ago. It was the biggest headache I've ever had in my life, I wouldn't recommend this place to ngm. Even getting my puppy's pedigree is difficult. I'm not saying all the problems I had, otherwise this would get gigantic

No momento da venda fui bem atendida e o vendedor Ralysson Marçal foi muito simpático, porém, após a compra do cachorro fiquei de receber em 90 dias o pedigree do filhote e já se passaram 1 semana do prazo, envio mensagens e nunca sou respondida pelo vendedor, meu namorado também ficou sem respostas, apenas ligando pra loja que conseguimos o contato e mesmo assim não fomos bem correspondidos.
Muito decepcionada, amo meu cachorro, porém o serviço deixou a desejar. Não recomendo.
I purchased a Border Collie puppy.
