Além disso, recebi um orçamento absurdo de R$ 100 para realizar um procedimento simples (reforço da solda em um componente), que foi feito posteriormente por R$ 12 em outro local.
I recently had a problem with my TV card and took it to this establishment. The care provided by the owner left something to be desired. Me mostraram um roteiro de regras do estabelecimento para eu ler e se caso se eu concordasse iriam realizar o serviço. Conclusão nem li tais normas , fui em outro estabelecimento com atendimento totalmente diferenciado, resolveram meu problema na hora e nem me cobraram , disseram que era para eu virar um cliente...
I rarely waste my time posting comments about establishments, but I insist on that, I've never been treated with such neglect, lack of total empathy. They showed me a script of rules for the establishment for me to read and if I agreed they would do the job. Conclusion I didn't even read such rules, I went to another establishment with totally differentiated service, they solved my problem on the spot and they didn't even charge me, they said I was supposed to become a customer ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei minha TV para concertar ,eles ,me falaram que não tinha concerto, não tinha mais peças, só que ai fui buscar ela,e ainda tive que pagar 10 reais,, levei em outro lugar o cara concertou e ela ficou perfeita, ,não indico essa assistência técnica.
