Liguei para fazer uma reclamação... e o "dono" gerente... sei la o que o sujeito é, um tal de sergio, foi grosseiro e praticamente desligou o telefone na minha cara!!! Estamos refens pq nao tem outra lotérica perto. Infelizmente vc vai passar muiuuita rava!!!

Oriento que todos vao ao site da caixa na parte de dununcia... Façam a denuncia... Pois a caixa econômica federal, dará o alvará a outra pessoal... Tá nítido que o pagador dessa franquia, não a quer mais!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma lotérica pequena mas atender muito bem ,ia fazer muita falta se não tivesse ela ,fica cheia quando a Senna está acumulada mas tudo normal faz parte ,Um acesso muito bom e faz muit o bem aos moradores que dela precisam!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, as funcionárias do caixa 1 e 2 no dia de hoje, fazendo uso intermitente do WhatsApp, deixando de atender os clientes, como também por muitas vezes no atendimento, ficam trocando mensagens, gerando a demora no atendimento. Outro dia também eu fui atendida pela op. De caixa 1 e dei o dinheiro, me devolveu os documentos e não me passou o troco, fiquei esperando e informei que estava aguardando o troco. Ela foi e me deu o troco, mas como não sou de ficar calada, já fui logo dizendo, isso é o que dá, deixar de prestar atenção no serviço para ficar utilizando WhatsApp em pleno horário de atendimento. Péssimo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento de lotérica dentro da normalidade, nenhuma excepcionalidade. Filas constantes e no balcão podem haver alguns contratempos. Mas os funcionários são prestativos. A infraestrutura é bem limitada e a localização é boa. Há estacionamento para estacionamento, embora muitíssimo concorrido. Ponto de ônibus, igreja, ótica, costureira, lojas americanas, farmácia e loja de roupas no mesmo shopping local.
Attention of lotérica within normality, no exceptionality. Constant queues and counter may be a few setbacks. But the staff are helpful. The infrastructure is very limited and the location is good. There is parking for parking, albeit heavily crowded. Bus stop, church, optics, dressmaker, American stores, pharmacy and clothing store in the same local mall.
