★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui pela primeira vez nessa casa com minha mãe. Ficamos aguardando enquanto o "dono" estava na calculadora e uma moça ao lado. O mesmo viu que estavamos esperando e ao mesmo olhou para nossa cara. Até ai respirei fundo até pq estou gravida e estava cansada. Quando falei para minha mãe que iria sentar lá no banco e para me chamar quando atendida. O senhor logo olhou e me atendeu e havia me dito que já tinha perguntando 3 vezes. Mentiraaaaaaa se ao menos olhou para nossa cara e começou a falar que eu deveria pegar o interfone. Bom pq ele só ouviu quando falei que iria sai ? Falamos que era nossa primeira vez ali e ele nao foi educado. Enfim debateu com minha mãe a qual ficou nervosa com seus motivos. E ele devolveu minha nota sem presta o serviço. Será que se derrepente fosse uma pessoal de social ou uma mulher de salto arrumada o tratamento seria diferente? Enfim da mesma forma que tenho uma nota daquela tenho outras e é um lugar que não voltarei. E logo se percebe que foi o dono nao um funcionario. Aprende meu querido a falar bom dia! A olhar para as pessoas seu ogro em forma de homem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi a 3ª ou 4ª vez que troquei dinheiro ali e nunca tive um atendimento muito simpático, mas tudo bem... fui, fizeram o câmbio e ok. Hoje, porém, o nível de desdém e mau humor superou a minha tolerância.
O que pareciam ser o dono e um funcionário estavam conversando entre si aparentando discutir problemas internos. Eu, por um azar, quando se dispuseram a me atender, me dei conta de que só estava com o RG (2008) pois havia deixado minha habilitação no carro. Aí, depois de já ter transferido o valor em reais, me informaram que o RG só era válido por 10 anos, que nem viajar eu conseguiria com aquilo, mas que "quebrariam um galho"... com um ar de superioridade, como se eu estivesse ali pedindo um favor, sem nem olhar na minha cara direito.
Minha vontade era ir embora e nem fazer o câmbio mas INFELIZMENTE eu já havia transferido mais de R$ 2.000 e me daria muito mais dor de cabeça pedir o estorno. A única certeza é de que nunca mais voltarei e nem indicarei o serviço. Nem que eu tenha que pagar mais caro pelo câmbio.
