Há 3 dias não abre e não informa sobre sua indisponibilidade deixando muitos clientes sem resposta. Sequer tem aviso na porta. Por sorte fui perguntar a adm do Shoppinho e fui informada que talvez dia 16/09/20 abram a loja.
The company disrespects the consumer when it does not comply with the hours established on its facade. It has not opened for 3 days and does not inform about its unavailability leaving many customers unanswered. There isn't even a warning on the door. Luckily I went to ask the adm of Shoppinho and I was informed that maybe on 16/09/20 they will open the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O funcionário escreveu duas vezes o sobrenome da pessoa. Conferi lendo o nome e o sobrenome. Houve grande transtorno por incompetência, falta de atenção além de grande falta de respeito humano deste rapaz para comigo que sequer pediu desculpas.
The employee wrote the person's last name twice. I checked by reading the first and last name. There was great inconvenience due to incompetence, lack of attention in addition to a great lack of human respect from this guy towards me who didn't even apologize.
