I got everything I wanted, they treat birds very well, they have great service, and a lot of patience with each client, a well-organized place with new and clean equipment, and perfect buy my cockatiel with 3 months there, very careful with the birds .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei do serviço. Minha cachorra bebê ficou com o ouvido super inflamado e 2 médicos avaliaram que isso se deu pq entrou água no ouvido dela quando deram banho neste pet. O pêlo ficou super ressecado, encheu de nós e tive que tosar na máquina porque ficou impossível escová-la. Falei com eles mas não demonstraram interesse no assunto. Decepção!
I didn't like the service. My baby dog had a super inflamed ear and 2 doctors assessed that this was because water got into her ear when they bathed this pet. The hair was super dry, it filled with knots and I had to shave it in the machine because it was impossible to brush it. I spoke with them but they showed no interest in the matter. Disappointment!
