★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo banco para trabalhadores. O aplicativo pouco ajuda, fui vítima de um assalto, levaram meu celular e meus cartões. Quando consegui um celular, fui lá para autorizar o celular no app, todo bem, quando fui fazer movimentações, o app mandou um códico de verificação para meu antigo número. Liguei para o atendimento e, me informaram que vou precisar ir novamente na agência. Fora outras burocracias que outros bancos já facilitaram. Eu mesmo não tenho nenhum interesse em permanecer ou indicar a SICOOB.
Bad bank for workers. The app is of little help, I was the victim of a robbery, they took my cell phone and my cards.
