★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Instalações novas, tendo sido a agência inaugurada em 2017. Porém, infelizmente parece que os funcionários reiteram práticas antigas e superadas da atividade bancária. Relato minha experiência: o serviço é péssimo ao cliente, por exemplo, (1) há demora no atendimento no fluxo de clientes, por ineficiência, mas também falta de pessoal; (2) demora em processos, a exemplo da lentidão numa simples abertura de conta ou aprovação de crédito; e (3) a peculiar rispidez da gerente responsável pela agência, inclusive com os seus próprios subordinados. Enfim, faço de boa-fé tais observações apenas no intuito de que a Cooperativa de crédito corrija essas falhas pontuais e prospere, pois esse tipo de serviço vem muito a calhar para a cidade.
New facilities, with the branch being opened in 2017. However, unfortunately, it seems that employees reiterate old and outdated banking practices. I report my experience: the service is terrible to the customer, for example, (1) there is a delay in the flow of customers, due to inefficiency, but also a lack of personnel; (2) delays in processes, such as slow opening of an account or credit approval; and (3) the peculiar harshness of the manager responsible for the agency, including her own subordinates. Anyway, I make these observations in good faith just in order that the Credit Union will correct these specific flaws and prosper, as this type of service is very useful for the city.
