Pela explicação que me deram, preciso ter tapete sempre para que isso não ocorra !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive na Sidlar Interlagos em 13/01/21, por volta de 11:00h para um orçamento. Informaram que a projetista chegaria às 12:00 h. Retornei no horário informado e a projetista falou que tinha cliente agendado e que era para deixar as medidas para ela fazer o projeto ou voltar mais tarde. Sugiro ao gerente da loja acompanhar a agenda da projetista para que isso não ocorra. Se quero um planejado quero estar junto ao projetista. Irei na Sidlar de São Bernardo. Em Interlagos não retorno.
I was at Sidlar Interlagos on 1/13/21, around 11:00 am for a quote. They informed that the designer would arrive at 12:00. I returned at the informed time and the designer said that she had a client scheduled and that it was to leave the measures for her to do the project or come back later. I suggest to the store manager to follow the designer's agenda so that this does not happen. If I want a plan I want to be with the designer. I will go to Sidlar de São Bernardo. In Interlagos I will not return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento de pós venda é horrível. Comprei um gabinete para o banheiro e 6 meses e 15 dias depois estragou. Liguei para a loja, onde fui atendida pela Gerente Flávia, que me informou que não poderia fazer mais nada, pois a garantia era de 6 meses. Me passou o contato da assistência técnica, para eu pedir uma exceção e receber atendimento, pagando pelo mesmo. Ao entrar em contato com a assistência técnica, fui informada que o móvel tem a garantia de 1 ano após a montagem. Conclusão: Pós venda, pela loja, é horrível, sem informação e sem fidelização do cliente e móvel de má qualidade. Não recomendo esta loja!
After sales service is awful. I bought a cabinet for the bathroom and 6 months and 15 days later it broke down. I called the store, where I was attended by Manager Flávia, who informed me that I could not do anything else, as the warranty was 6 months. He gave me the contact of technical assistance, so I could ask for an exception and receive assistance, paying for it. Upon contacting technical assistance, I was informed that the furniture has a 1 year warranty after assembly. Conclusion: Post-sale, by the store, is horrible, without information and without customer loyalty and poor quality furniture. I do not recommend this store!
