Zero headache. Excellent service with Marcos. Furniture delivered at the right time and exactly the way I wanted it. Had one of the woods that came scratched but before I ask I have already been notified and advised that they will exchange at no cost. Highly recommend !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei móveis para a casa inteira e não foi barato, na verdade foi o orçamento mais caro que eu obtive e confiei nos vendedores pois trabalham muito bem para deixar o cliente confortável, porém havia ficado insatisfeito com o fechamento de algumas portas e questionei para que colocassem mais amortecedores para não ficar batendo, dai então começaram a mostrar resistência e eu logo deixei de lado mas fiquei insatisfeito com o produto obtido, com tudo isso, gostaria também de a experiencia que eu adquiri com moveis e passar umas dicas para Futuros. Existe MDP e MDF resistente a água que eles deveriam ter usado para as áreas próximo a umidade, como pia de cozinha, lavanderia e bar mas não fizeram e nem se quer deram a ideia. Então dou 3 estrelas porque com tudo isso eles atendem bem e os montadores são de primeira, mas deixaram a desejar fazendo questão de besteira.

There is water resistant MDP and MDF that they should have used for areas close to humidity, such as kitchen sink, laundry and bar, but they did not and did not even give the idea. So I give 3 stars because with all this they serve well and the editors are top notch, but left something to be desired, making a point of nonsense.
