★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não percam tempo com essa escola! Eles não sabem atender um cliente!!! Você solicita valores e horários dos cursos para poder ver se cabe no seu orçamento e agenda e eles não passam NADA!!! Ficam falando que você tem que ir até a escola para eles passarem isso!! Ah para né! Até escolas e universidades bem grandes e renomadas passam essas informações.
Agora tenho que me desdobrar para ir até o local da escola sem nem saber se posso pagar o curso?! Ou se posso encaixar ele na minha agenda?! Que doidera é essa?! E O PIOR AINDA SÃO MAL EDUCADOS E SARCÁSTICOS QUANDO FALAMOS SOBRE A DIFICULDADE DESSE TIPO DE ATENDIMENTO!!
A porta de entrada em qualquer local é o atendimento inicial e eles tem zero informações para darem e tratam o cliente assim!!! Péssimo!!!
Don't waste time with this school! They don't know how to handle a customer!!! You request course fees and schedules to see if it fits in your budget and schedule and they don't pass ANYTHING!!! They keep saying that you have to go to school for them to pass this!! Oh, right! Even very large and renowned schools and universities pass on this information.
Now I have to go out of my way to go to the school location without even knowing if I can pay for the course?! Or if I can fit it into my schedule?! What is this madness?! AND THE WORST EVEN ARE BADLY POLITE AND SARCASTIC WHEN WE TALK ABOUT THE DIFFICULTY OF THIS TYPE OF SERVICE!!
The gateway to any location is the initial service and they have zero information to give and treat the customer like that!!! Terrible!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quero parabenizar o atendente Marcos Vinicius que me atendeu na unidade Guarulhos, maravilhoso atendimento.... e isso faz toda diferença... muito educado simpático e sempre pronto a tirar dúvidas... ele é sem igual... não tenho como avaliar outros itens, pois ainda não iniciei as aulas....
I want to congratulate the attendant Marcos Vinicius who attended me at the Guarulhos unit, wonderful service.... and that makes all the difference... very polite, friendly and always ready to answer questions... he is unique... I can't evaluate other items, as I haven't started classes yet....
