★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visitei um imóvel com a corretora Silvana no dia 06/04 e gostei muito para alugar, encaminhei toda a papelada necessária para análise. Dia 08/04 como a corretora não me deu nenhuma posição, entrei em contato com a mesma que afirmou que tinha passado a documentação. Que assim que chegasse ao escritório iria pedir para retirar o anúncio da Internet e iniciarmos o fechamento do contrato. Esperei uma resposta até dia 11/04 quando passei novamente um Zap perguntado como estava o fechamento do contrato e como pagaria o combinado. Novamente fiquei sem resposta. Silvana afirmou que iria para o escritório e assim que lá chegasse daria um retorno. Hoje dia 15/04 ela me passou uma mensagem as 8:45 da manhã perguntando se eu tinha desistido do imóvel e que teria visita de outras pessoas interessadas. Péssima impressão da empresa, comprometimento zero com seus clientes. Por mim não colocaria nenhuma estrela, mas infelizmente só consigo relatar se eu marcar.
I visited a property with the broker Silvana on the 06/04th and I really liked it for rent, I sent all the necessary paperwork for analysis. On 04/08 as the broker did not give me any position, I got in touch with the same one who said they had passed the documentation. That as soon as he arrived at the office he would ask to remove the ad from the Internet and we would start closing the contract. I waited for an answer until the 11/04th when I passed a Zap again asking how the contract was closing and how I would pay the deal. Again I was left unanswered. Silvana stated that she would go to the office and as soon as she got there she would call back. Today the 15/04th she sent me a message at 8:45 am asking if I had given up on the property and that I would have a visit from other interested people. Bad impression of the company, zero commitment to its customers. For me, I wouldn't put any stars, but unfortunately I can only report if I mark it.
