★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não são confiáveis, pois não repassam para os proprietários o valor da locação na data certa. No início, para ganhar a confiança, parece ser uma empresa correta. Mas, depois, simplesmente deixam de atender às ligações. Os administradores da Imobiliária são todos da mesma família. Eu e meus irmãos tínhamos um imóvel alugado, administrado por esta imobiliária e, até hoje, junho de 2021, não repassaram o aluguel que eles receberam em fevereiro de 2021.
 They are unreliable, as they do not transfer the lease amount to the owners on the right date. In the beginning, to gain trust, it seems to be a correct company. But then they just stop answering the calls. Real estate administrators are all from the same family. My brothers and I had a rental property managed by this real estate agency and, until today, June 2021, they have not transferred the rent they received in February 2021.
