Já sou cliente a mais de 2 anos e nunca tive nenhum problema...inclusive, quando eu tive um problema financeiro, foram super compreensíveis comigo e me apresentaram formas legais de solucionar. Inclusive me indicaram profissionais qualificados. Super indico!
Service Note 10. From Brokers to Administrative. I have been a client for over 2 years and never had any problem ... including when I had a financial problem, they were very understandable with me and presented me with legal ways to solve. They even referred me to qualified professionals. Super indicate!

Liguei pela manhã para ter informações de um imóvel e eles marcaram comigo para vê-lo, não antes de me pedirem para ligar novamente para CONFIRMAR A VISITA com o corretor. Fiz isso, liguei de tarde para confirmar e marcaram comigo. Só que o corretor não apareceu, me deixou plantada por 45 minutos. Quando liguei ele disse que não foi porque já tinha fechado o negócio com outra pessoa. Falta de respeito com potenciais clientes e profunda desorganização interna para não saberem quais imóveis que já foram fechados ou não. Péssimo. Não indico.
Terrible attendance. I called in the morning to inquire about a property and they arranged to see me, not before asking me to call again to CONFIRM THE VISIT with the broker. I did that, called in the afternoon to confirm and they dialed with me. But the broker didn't show up, left me planted for 45 minutes. When I called he said it was not because he had already closed the deal with someone else. Lack of respect for potential clients and deep internal clutter not to know which properties have already been closed or not. Terrible. I do not indicate.
