Quando fui entregar o apartamento eles questionaram a pintura, sendo que no momento do apartamento no início da locação não estava pintado.
A exigência por parte do proprietário de que o inquilino deve devolver o imóvel, ao final da locação, com pintura nova, é abusiva e ilegal, pois contraria a disposição do art. 23, III, da Lei 8245/91
Não receberam as chaves e a cada dia que passa eu acabo pagando mais pelo aluguel.
Extremamente abusivos.
Se negam a comparar as fotos do momento da primeira vistoria.
Isso que eu fiquei apenas um ano e meio, onde não necessitam de pintura.
Apartamento está impecável.

When I went to hand over the apartment they questioned the painting, since at the time the apartment was not painted at the beginning of the lease.
The requirement by the owner that the tenant must return the property, at the end of the lease, with new paint, is abusive and illegal, as it contradicts the provision of art. 23, III, of Law 8245/91
They haven't received the keys and with each passing day I end up paying more for the rent.
Extremely abusive.
They refuse to compare the photos from the moment of the first inspection.
That's what I stayed for just a year and a half, where they don't need painting.
Apartment is immaculate.

Funcionários engajados e que zelam pelo relacionamento com o cliente.
Devido ao ótimo atendimento optei por deixar deixar um imóvel para administração da Taga e nunca tive problema, pelo contrário, tenho muita confiança no serviço prestado.

Não há profissionalismo ou empatia com o cliente, a visão é centrada apenas em beneficio próprio, mesmo em situações nas quais era possível haver um diálogo, sem que desse ocorresse perca financeira por parte da imobiliária. De forma resumida, nos tornamos reféns de uma ditatura sem lógica, imposta pela imobiliária.
Poor quality of service provided after rental of the property. There is no professionalism or empathy with the customer, the vision is centered only on self-benefit, even in situations where it was possible to have a dialogue, without any financial loss on the part of the real estate agency. In short, we became hostages of a illogical dictatorship, imposed by real estate.
