Reclamava pela demora do pedido ,mas nada . Reclamações sem respostas.
Conversei com alguém da Loja Do Planalto e entregaram o produto dia 20/04/21.
PERGUNTEI PELA NOTA FISCAL , NÃO VEIO.
Peguei no Colchão PRO-SAUDE e o senti muito pesado. Telefonei imediatamente para o dono. Deixei mensagem, sugerindo a troca por um Colchão mais leve. NADA DE RESPOSTA.
Liguei novamente outro dia , atenderam o telefone , sugeri a mudança do Colchão ,e pedi para falar SIM ou NAO , sobre a troca .

OUVIDORIA DO COLCHÃO ORTOBOM,
Eu poderia pedir a troca , pelo preço da época . O dono da Loja não olhou no site que tinha uma compra para aquela loja . Segundo eu não falei nada da demora.
Agora que eu lhe peço um FAVOR, e ele se quer me dá uma resposta. E olha que eu já cliente da loja por uns 5 anos.
Decepção total.
Depois deste longo tempo eu pergunto se eu devo recomendar o COLCHÃO ORTOBOM.
OBS. OBRIGADA pela leitura longa , mas não recomendo.

I bought a mattress, on line, on 03/17/21.
He complained about the delay in ordering, but nothing. Complaints without answers.
I talked to someone from Loja Do Planalto and they delivered the product on 04/20/21.
I ASKED FOR THE INVOICE, DID NOT COME.
I took the PRO-SAUDE Mattress and it felt very heavy. I immediately called the owner. I left a message, suggesting the exchange for a lighter mattress. NOTHING OF ANSWER.
I called again the other day, they answered the phone, suggested changing the Mattress, and asked to speak YES or NO, about the exchange.
NOTHING..
QUESTIONS;
- WHERE'S THE INVOICE?
- ACCORDING TO THE CONSUMER DEFENSE LAW 7 DAYS OR MORE.
ORTOBOM MATTRESS OMBUDSMAN,
I could ask for the exchange, for the price of the season. The store owner did not look on the website that he had a purchase for that store. According to me, I didn't say anything about the delay.
Now that I ask him for a FAVOR, he wants to give me an answer. And look, I’ve been a store customer for about 5 years.
Total disappointment.
After this long time I ask if I should recommend the ORTOBOM MATTRESS.
OBS. THANK YOU for the long reading, but I don't recommend it.
WHO IS GOOD, IS GOOD FROM THE BEGINNING TO THE END.
