No sábado, um dia antes do dia das mães de 2019, fui nesta loja, juntamente com minha filha e comprei três calçados e minha filha, quatro pares. Paguei minha conta e fiquei esperando por minha filha, terminar a sua compra. Na hora do pagamento, quem estava no caixa, era a dona, e minha filha, devido ao grande número de calçados comprados por nós, pediu um desconto. Essa senhora se transformou, e com tamanha falta de educação e respeito por nós, respondeu grosseiramente, que ninguém dava desconto para ela, quando pagava suas contas, que se minha filha quisesse cancelar a compra, ainda daria tempo. Ficamos chocadas com a atitude descabida desta senhora. Mesmo assim, minha filha pagou e saímos, totalmente desconcertadas, sem entender o porquê de tamanha grosseria. Ela se esquece que depende das clientes, para poder continuar com as portas abertas. Nunca mais pisaremos novamente nesta loja, mesmo porquê, há muita concorrência, com lojas que vendem calçados tão bons e com preços semelhantes e atendimento respeitoso aos seus clientes. Lamentável a atitude desta senhora! Meu nome é Elvira de Melo.
I have been a customer of this store for many years, both me and my family. The service of the employees has always been impeccable. On Saturday, the day before Mother's Day 2019, I went to this store with my daughter and bought three shoes and my daughter four pairs. I paid my bill and waited for my daughter to finish her purchase. At the time of payment, the cashier was the owner, and my daughter, due to the large number of shoes bought by us, asked for a discount. This lady was transformed, and with such a lack of education and respect for us, she said bluntly, that no one gave her a discount when she paid her bills, that if my daughter wanted to cancel the purchase, there would still be time. We were shocked by this lady's misplaced attitude. Even so, my daughter paid and we left, totally disconcerted, not understanding why such rudeness. She forgets that she depends on the customers to be able to keep the doors open. We will never set foot in this store again, because there is a lot of competition with stores that sell such good and similarly priced shoes and respectful service to their customers.
