Na minha opinião, uma empresa tem Que dar suporte de 99,99% presencial, telefonia e na internet. Está empresa infelizmente pecou neste ponto, estou ligando várias vezes e ninguém atende então fica aí uma estrela pois isso é falta de respeito com seus clientes. Resolvam isso para que mais pessoas não venham aqui dar opiniões negativas. Boa tarde!
