Nunca vi tamanho falta de capacidade em atender.

Em relação à loja física, sempre recebi um ótimo atendimento, e inclusive, precisei de um medicamento que estava em falta, a atendente fez o pedido e me ligou quando chegou. Pra mim esse foi um diferencial. Poderiam ter mais caixas funcionando ao mesmo tempo, pois em geral, o atendimento não é muito rápido, ainda mais por se tratar de uma drogaria que fica localizada de frente para um hospital!
I don't usually call the pharmacy because I work at the SG center. For me this was a differential. They could have more boxes working at the same time, because in general, the service is not very fast, especially because it is a drugstore that is located in front of a hospital!
