 how can there be a bad service like that. you call doesn't answer, you send a msg on whatssap it doesn't work either. GOD DELIVER ME FROM THAT BAD INTERNET.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A conexão é bem estável, não cai muito! O único problema é tentar entrar em contato com alguém quando há lentidão , pelo whatsapp não respondem , indo por ligação demora no mínimo 10 minutos para atender! O serviço de internet é bom , se melhorar o atendimento a empresa ficaria perfeita
The connection is very stable, it doesn't drop too much! The only problem is trying to get in touch with someone when there is a slowdown, through whatsapp they don't respond, going by call takes at least 10 minutes to answer! The internet service is good , if you improve the service the company would be perfect

Atendam o telefone quando o clinte precisar de suporte mantenham o 0800 ativo. Deem encaminhamento no suporte via WhatsApp quando o robo redirecionado ao suporte humano. Vcs so querem saber de vender. Sempre que preciso de suporte é um parto para conseguir ser atendido. Já vi que vou passar o final de semana e e adentrar a semana sem internet e sem poder trabalhar. Meu contato agora será para CANCELAMENTO! Sim? Nao!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uso internet da SIM a 4 anos. No começo os serviços prestado pela empresa tanto de internet quanto de suporte era bom. Hoje tanto o serviço de suporte quanto o de internet estão horríveis. Internet cai a todo instante. Não recomendo!
I have been using SIM internet for 4 years. In the beginning, the services provided by the company, both internet and support, were good. Today both the support service and the internet are horrible. Internet drops all the time. I do not recommend!

A empresa que eu trabalho é cliente da sim, e eu tive alguns problemas com Internet e quando entrei em contato com a Sim, conseguiram me atender de forma ágil por chamadas telefônicas. Já em relação ao atendimento pelo WhatsApp, acaba sendo demorado e as vezes não conseguem solucionar o problema a tempo.
