★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Até hoje estou esperando suporte solicitado e nada a internet vive com problemas, para joga quem on-line nem se fala ping altíssimo, perdas de dados e muita latência.
Veja essa foto de quanto tempo fique esperando um suporte pelo telefone, e nesse dia nem foi atendido pois passou do horário de atendimento e simplesmente caiu a ligação.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como toda empresa de Internet essa é mas uma que no dia em que você contrata te promete mundos e fundos mas basta acontecer algum tipo de problema que não se acha ninguém para RESOLVER.
Atendimento por WhatsApp nem respondem só deixam na quele robo que nem para redirecionar o Atendimento serve o telefone nem se que chama e isso é por que não pago barato na Internet
Like any Internet company, this is one that on the day you hire it promises you worlds and funds, but it just happens that some kind of problem happens that no one can be found to SOLVE.
WhatsApp service, they don't even answer, they just leave it to that robot that neither to redirect the Service, the phone doesn't even use the phone and that's why I don't pay cheap on the Internet

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz contato com esta empresa no dia 24/11/2021, fiz um cadastro, passei meus dados pessoais, selecionei o serviço pela qual tive interesse e fui informado de que deveria aguardar (não me disseram quanto tempo) o setor de análise liberar. No dia seguinte entrei em contato novamente e fui informado que existia um protocolo que ainda estava dentro do prazo. Até hoje (22/12/2021) NÃO obtive retorno.
Achei interessante a forma com que vocês tratam seus clientes.
I contacted this company on 11/24/2021, registered, gave my personal data, selected the service I was interested in and was informed that I should wait (they didn't tell me how long) for the analysis department to release. The next day I got in touch again and was informed that there was a protocol that was still on schedule. Until today (12/22/2021) I have NOT received any feedback.
I found it interesting the way you treat your customers.

Não temos retorno técnico quando acionamos.
Só por ser cidade do interior tratam com descaso e não resolvem os problemas.
Por isso só atendem cidade pequena. Creio que não conseguiriam lidar com a concorrência em cidades onde existe boa prestação de serviços.
